Senior Specialist, Procurement Planning

Lead and drive the development of the Group Procurement Plan as part of annual Integrated Business Plan development cycle. Develop and update processes, templates and workflow, and procedures for the procurement planning. Integrate and consolidate procurement plans from Group Companies and publish to the required stakeholders. Drive enhancement of the procurement planning process to improve efficiency and automation. Support private sector forum, category management, and In-Country value teams for procurement planning aspects.



Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Engineering (or equivalent) from a reputed University. MBA preferred.

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills

  • Experience on Balanced Score Card and performance improvement
  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Contracts/ Purchasing/ Commercial Support/ Maintenance & Operations/ Planning in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with Oil & Gas/ Energy industries
  • Exposure to the entire Supply Chain life cycle (e.g. Contracts & Purchasing, Inventory management, Planning, Performance, etc.)
  • Have a strong knowledge in Procurement performance monitoring / reporting in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Familiar with the Group Procurement KPIs and their definitions.
  • Have strong understanding of the different roles of stakeholders involved, such as finance, planning, and relevant end-users.
  • Knowledge in Procurement Policy and Procedures.
