Organization Development Advisor

* Advises on Organizational Strategy and Objectives based on overall Corporate Strategy and the creation / realignment of appropriate institutions, functions and procedures.
* Reviews and advises on Organization structures, optimal manning and appropriate systems and procedures including relationships and delegations.
* Conducts or coordinates studies designed to promote Management Effectiveness and productivity.
* Advises and conducts studies to enhance Corporate Governance and Performance Management.

Skills

- The candidate should have B.Sc. in Management / Business studies, B.Sc. Process Engineering or equivalent.
-12 years related experience in appropriate Management Consultancy 'Strategy', Advisory and professional positions related to Organization and Management Systems, 6 of which should have been in a supervisory capacity in an oil or oil-related industry.
- High level of proficiency in English is required.
